From handwritten thank you cards accompanying each purchase to surprise gifts arriving on random Tuesdays, every touchpoint was designed to delight. The annual Owners Weekend became a cornerstone event, bringing the community together to celebrate their shared passion for horology.

The Watch Table initiative emerged from genuine conversations with customers. By interviewing Oak & Oscar timepiece owners about their collections, we created compelling content that resonated with watch enthusiasts while highlighting the personal stories behind their collection.
